candlelit restorative

Surrounded by the soft warm glow of candles, you'll be guided through gentle, restorative poses that help release tension and restore balance to your body and mind. This calming atmosphere allows you to fully surrender and connect with your inner peace, making it the perfect class for those seeking serenity and rejuvenation.

yoga nidra

Yoga Nidra is an awakened state hovering between sleeping and dreaming. It's often referred to as a yogi's deep sleep. 

Begin the class with by lying on your back or side for the meditation. breath work exercises lead into delicate movement to stimulate the relaxation response followed by the practice of Yoga Nidra.

low + slow

A yoga class designed to unwind your body and calm your mind. We invite you to slow down, relax, and embrace the gentle flow of movement as we focus on increasing flexibility and mobility. This class offers a safe and nurturing environment for all levels.


yoga strength

This class incorporates elements of pilates and functional strength. The anatomical focus in this class makes it an excellent one for newbies to yoga. 

yin yoga

This practice consists of a series of passive, long held poses. Yin Yoga is based on the principles of yin and yang from Chinese philosophy and myofascial view of the body. These tissues—the supporting structures of our bodies—include bone, cartilage, ligaments, tendons, and fascia.


yoga for beginners

hatha flow

A series of breath linked yoga poses in preparation for meditation. Most yoga as we know it today in the west is a form of Hatha and the term flow implies a practice with a theme or purpose with poses linked together.

yang yin

This class blends two styles of yoga into one practice. Yang refers to a more active sequence of poses that work on the muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina and flexibility. This warmup portion of the class lasts 30 minutes and is followed by the cooling Yin portion. Yin consists of a series of passive, long held poses designed for a deep tissue stretch and to relax the nervous system.


functional flow

This yoga class will focus on fundamental movement patterns that help us perform daily life and sport specific tasks better. We will incorporate the use of external force like small weights and bands when needed. dynamic stretches, joint mobility exercises, and full range of motion strength (terms that describe most yoga postures) are seamlessly merged in a flow style class to improve functional fitness while cultivating mindfulness and inner peace.

lengthen to strengthen

Use full range of motion exercises to increase strength and stamina. This is slow paced class that focuses highly on form and alignment. 


steady + sweet

‘Steady and Sweet’ refers to 'Sthira Sukham Asanam’, a line from Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. It is about finding a healthy balance between effort and ease. This is a slow paced, challenging class that will guide you to find comfort in long held poses, all in preparation for meditation. You will leave feeling strong and peaceful.

bodyweight hiit

Build strength and cardiovascular stamina by combining short bursts of intense exercise with short rest periods. This class will utilize minimal equipment such as blocks and bands.
