steph believes in empowering through exercise. began her fitness journey lifting weights and doing HIIT workouts, eventually training in Muay Thai in 2016. earning her certification in personal training in 2017, She fell in love with training her body to be able to do things she never thought she could.

through her fitness journey steph began living her best and healthiest life. She loves how a good workout makes her feel, and loves sharing that feeling with her classes by encouraging them to push their own boundaries.
