Having completed over 500-hours of yoga teacher training, Over the past 9+ years she has taught many styles of yoga.

Her favourite classes are Restorative and Yoga Fusion, incorporating elements of both Pilates and Functional Strength. She has taught in Canada, Nepal, and Tunisia.

She believes that yoga should be accessible to everyone, and guides students to adapt a pose to fit their body, rather than pushing themselves to fit a certain shape.
